Multiple-choice questions are generally a tricky task. A given wrong answer is usually very
similar to a right one. As a result, many students play a "guessing game" if they come across
a question they don't quite understand. With proper training and preparation, students
should be able to overcome this problem rather than leave it to chance. This is the reason
for publishing this book. This book was written specifically to provide valuable practice in
answering multiple-choice questions. It is organized thematically and follows the G.C.E. A-level physics curriculum closely. Most importantly, it aims to cover most, if not all, of the
important and commonly studied topics. At the end of each question are guidelines if the
question is difficult to answer.
